Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Tysiąc 1000 – Polish rules app for Android (hereby referred to as "Application"), created by Tiny Pixel Island (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is free and shows ads. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The data controller is: Tiny Pixel Island, [email protected].

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application has no account and no registration, and it never asks for your name, email address or any other personal information. Your saved match and your settings are stored only on your device and are never sent anywhere. The Application uses no analytics and no crash reporting.

Ads

After a finished match the Application shows one ad from Google AdMob. Ads run in limited ads mode: the Application does not use your advertising ID and shows no personalised ads. To deliver an ad and prevent fraud, Google receives technical data such as your IP address, device model and operating system version. Google processes this data as an independent controller under the Google Privacy Policy (see also how Google uses information from apps that use its services). The legal basis is the Service Provider's legitimate interest in keeping the Application free (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The "Bez reklam" purchase

The optional one-time "Bez reklam" purchase, which turns the ads off, is handled entirely by Google Play. The Service Provider never sees your payment details. Google Play only tells the Application whether you own the purchase. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Bug reports

Nothing is sent unless you tap "Zgłoś błąd" yourself. The button opens your email app or share menu with a file of the saved match (the cards and moves, nothing about you), the app version and the operating system version. When you send it, the Service Provider receives your email address and whatever you write. It is used only to answer you and fix the bug, and the email is deleted once the report has been handled. The match file contains no personal data and may be kept as test data. The legal basis is the Service Provider's legitimate interest in fixing the Application (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

No. The Application does not ask for access to your location. Google may estimate your approximate location (country or city) from your IP address in order to serve an ad.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Only Google, as described above for ads and the purchase. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. The Service Provider does not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How can I delete my data?

To delete your saved match and settings, uninstall the Application or clear its data in Settings → Apps → Tysiąc → Storage → Clear data. Your purchase history is kept by Google Play on your Google account. To have a bug report email deleted, write to [email protected].

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Children

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 16, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent the Service Provider personal data, please write to [email protected] and it will be deleted.

Security

The Application keeps your data on your device and sends nothing on its own, apart from what Google needs to show an ad. Bug report emails are kept in a password-protected mailbox that only the Service Provider can access.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page and the date below.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-09-29
